Jason lang,the General Manager in kingyu,who worked in tooling business over 20 years since 2001;started as a tool maker first,and was a designer from 2003，with experienced knowledge and capability in tooling industry,he set up his own training center focus on the tooling designs for aspiring young people and employees at tooling factories.

He build-up a big social relation group with years experiences,including technical team as well.

To know the needs of employees and encourage initiative of study and work,also care about the daily life,make every
